Eliza's sandals are no longer white. The sunlight appears more golden. My kids have actually almost had their fill of swimming and the other day I saw flocks of Canadian Geese overhead. I used to get angry at the Back-to-School ads, but not this year. This year all my kids will be at home with me. Only Megan will go to high school for a few hours for electives.
We have had a great and busy summer! I feel so lucky to be able to share all the activities with my kids. This summer I have been so grateful for my family. I have wonderful kids who get along and enjoy each other. They look out for and help one another. I feel so blessed that we live near cousins and that I have a sister and sister-in-laws to be my best friends. I've been really thankful for my family this summer.
Now it's time to get ready for a new school year and a new baby! (But we'll be sure to completely enjoy this last month of summer!)
