Nit-picking

Recently we learned that a family close to ours acquired a nasty case of lice. I've been periodically checking the kids and I think we are safe. The kids have discovered they love having their hair picked through. When we first found out, Mike had just gotten home from the 50 mile hike, but he insisted his head be looked at as well. After I did that Derek said it was his turn again because I had spent more time on Michael. In fact, he usually lines up for a second turn when I'm check the kids' heads over. Yesterday I found he had asked Eliza to check his head for him and he was very much enjoying it.
